Engineering and Quality Supervisor

- Responsible for managing the manufacturing engineering and product quality assurance departments for new product launches and mass production.
- Manages the APQP process for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Leads the industrialization of production processes on the factory floor.
- Oversees the ongoing maintenance of AMEF and the Plan and Control system.
- Determines labor requirements for processes.

• Ensures safe and ergonomic designs for machinery and process equipment, as well as compliance with standards such as ISO 45001.
• Manages the management system applied to manufacturing and quality assurance processes.  
• Responsible for applying specific customer requirements to manufacturing and product quality assurance processes.
• Determines cycle times, staffing needs, and related costs to provide information for company management decisions.
• Creates and maintains core documents.
• Develops and maintains standard work methods, process sheets, error-proofing matrices, mistake-proofing procedures, master parts, and red rabbits.
• Implements and monitors results on performance indicators and generates action plans to improve them.  
• Implements succession plans.
• Is responsible for action plans to improve OEE.
• Responsible for continuous improvement action plans in manufacturing processes.
• Supports and coordinates employee training in specific areas.
