Hourly base pay rate is $16.59 - $24.86/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process incoming mail.
Counter stamp titles with the appropriate client information.
Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning.
Scan titles.
Verify title state and VIN.
Associate titles to barcoded folders.
File folders.
Retrieve folders.
Cleaning equipment (i.e. scanners)
Organize workspace at end of shift
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED.
Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail-oriented.
Ability to type and use 10-key preferred
Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.
Physical Demands:
Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
Bending and light lifting 25 lbs or less required.
