Job Description

We are looking for a .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications using .Net technologies. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with various end users to produce User/Functional Requirements and coordinate tactical system enhancements

• Work closely with Business Users and Peer Systems Analysts to analyze master data and related processes on a local, regional, and global basis

• Perform business research independently and collaboratively with a team

• Develop and support web applications using the .Net framework and SharePoint 2013

• Design and maintain Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL development and support

• Build intranet-based applications using .NET Framework and related technologies (VB.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, C#.Net)

What You'll Need

Required:

• 3-7 years of experience

• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL and/or MS-SQL Server

• Knowledge in writing Stored Procedures

• Asynchronous communication using json, jQuery, XML, and Http Request

• ASP.NET life cycle events and Databinding

• MVC/Angular JS

• Ability to analyze user requirements and generate ad-hoc reports using SQL

• PL/SQL Functions/Procedures/Packages and Oracle database Triggers

• Strong grounding in development methodologies such as Agile, Design Patterns, and Service-Oriented Architectures

• Strong understanding of structured development concepts like encapsulation and separation of concerns

• Team development skills, including requirements gathering, Use Cases/User Stories, and architectural design

• Data Modeling, analysis, and table design/maintenance

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation

• Knowledge and experience in business/systems analysis

Preferred:

• Exposure to Project Development/Management Methodology

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream

• English proficiency in speaking and writing

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
