Minimum required qualifications

• Experience – at least four years of experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35M/L OR USMC - 0204 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Officer, 0210 CI/HUMINT Operations Officer, 0211 CI/HUMINT Specialist, 0205 Master Analyst, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR USAF - 14NX Intelligence Officer or 1N0XX Operations Intelligence OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes PLUS
• Clearance – Current TS/SCI PLUS

 

Special skills or qualifications (all required) –

• Familiar with IC IIRs and knowledge of HUMINT collection databases
• Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
• Possess strong research, analytical, and writing and editing and quality control skills
• Able to condense large volumes of complex information into the salient points for senior leaders
• Be capable of effectively operating as a member of a team from a remote location in support of CJOA-I requirements
• Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information
• Operational Intelligence experience in SWA or Africa
• Former Jr. NCO

 

In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualifications and/or experience that are NOT required:

• Education: Associate’s Degree OR four years of direct analytical intelligence experience
• Former Intelligence experience in 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or DOD/other Service equivalent specialty codes
• Experience in either CI/HUMINT, CT and political/military analysis in other AORs
• Clearance - TS/SCI
• Has a valid Field Reporter Number (FRN)
