You will work closely with curriculum specialists to ensure AI solutions are pedagogically sound and aligned with educational needs. At the same time, you will bring strong product management skills and technical appreciation to guide the development, piloting, evaluation, and scaling of these solutions.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration, structured implementation, and data-informed decision-making — helping MOE deliver practical, scalable AI/EdTech tools that improve language learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Translate learning goals into clear product requirements while balancing feasibility, scalability, and resource considerations.
  • Develop a standardized evaluation framework to assess initiatives across both pedagogical and technical dimensions.
  • Establish clear processes for procurement, development, piloting, and implementation of AI enhanced learning tools.

2. Technology Partnership and Product Management

  • Act as the key product liaison between MTLB, DXD, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technical experts to align system architecture, AI models, integration, and compliance requirements with educational goals.
  • Shape product direction by contributing strategic input and ensuring alignment across technical, pedagogical, and user needs.
  • Translate product and curriculum requirements into clear technical specifications to inform procurement and vendor deliverables.

3. Project and Resource Management

  • Oversee project execution, including milestone planning, timelines, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage procurement and contract administration for AI/EdTech initiatives in collaboration with MOE stakeholders.
  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery across internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, high quality implementation of AI solutions in schools.

4. Evaluation and Scaling

  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of pilot initiatives.
  • Develop robust evaluation frameworks to assess impact and guide decisions on scaling.
  • Synthesise feedback into actionable insights that strengthen future deployments.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Leadership

  • Facilitate effective communication between curriculum teams, product and technical teams, and external partners.
  • Present updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage expectations, align stakeholders, and lead change management efforts to support smooth adoption of new tools.
