About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Efficiency & Analytics Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establishing use of data analytics to surface finance opportunities that:
- improve controls,
- impact working capital; and
- improve P&L
- Enabling GBS efficiency goals through
- process optimization reviews,
- continuous improvement mindset; and
- innovation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any field related to accounting
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
Demonstrated influencing skills
Proven prioritization skills with a focus on delivery within tight deadlines
Excellent attention to details and can recognize and raise opportunities for process improvements
Experience with finance and accounting tools (SAP, JDE, Blackline, GEP SMART)
Microsoft Power BI experience
