What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the lease completion process with accuracy and professionalism
- Prepare and send lease agreements via DocuSign, ensuring all documents are completed correctly
- Verify required documentation, including driver’s licenses, insurance, and motor vehicle paperwork
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle delivery appointments once documentation is finalized
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
- Answer questions related to vehicles, lease terms, and next steps
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and request reviews
- Collaborate with team members to review work and maintain high accuracy standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented mindset—we rely on each other to succeed
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as DocuSign and internal systems
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
