岗位职责：

• 管理和监控供应商的生产过程，统计供应商数据以达到设定的质量目标
• 与供应商保持沟通，审核制定与质量差异相关的控制计划 实施有效的绩效管理， 推动供应商提升缺陷拦截能力
• 管理与产品生产和客户使用时发生的相关的供应商质量问题，驱动供应商采取遏制活动，以确保生产进度不受影响
• 审查和批准8D纠正行动计划，并确保供应商贯彻制定的围堵/纠正措施计划
• 参与重大质量问题的根因分析与解决，推动改进方案落地并验证效果
• 使用POWER BI ， minitab等工具对质量数据进行有效分析，寻找改善机会和过程异常 使用POWER APPs, AUTOMATE 开发质量相关的应用

岗位要求：

• 2年以上机械/电子相关供应商管理，数据分析经验
• 大专及以上学历，机械、电子、材料或相关专业
• 熟悉质量工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA 、CP）
• 熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系
• 良好的问题分析与解决能力以及优秀的跨部门沟通能
• 良好的英语交流能力和读写能力
• 熟练使用OFFICE 365办公软件
