Position Summary
The Practice Manager leads the operational and business functions of SOL Mental Health practices, ensuring effective day-to-day operations while building a high-performing team. This role focuses on implementing organizational initiatives, driving team performance, managing practice operations, and partnering with the Therapy Supervisor to create an environment where exceptional mental health care can flourish.
Practice Managers at SOL Mental Health directly supervise non-clinical Care Team Members and partner with clinical leaders to lead assigned Care Centers.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Managers at SOL drive Integrated Care Excellence by:
- Partnering with Therapy Supervisors to address challenges affecting both clinical and operational areas
- Serving as an accountability partner for the Therapy Supervisor regarding operational aspects of clinical work
- Supporting the implementation of new clinical initiatives from an operational perspective
- Facilitating internal referrals and ensure clinicians have time available to collaborate on shared patients

- Implementing standardized workflows across the patient lifecycle to ensure consistency and efficiency in patient flow and experience
- Proactively managing self-pay collections and time-of-service payments, while implementing effective strategies for past-due balance collection
