Job Description:
Responsible as a member of the interdisciplinary team to the Hospice Team Leader and the attending physician for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with hospice policies and procedures.Education: ▪ Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Experience: ▪ Required: Minimum one (1) year experience as professional nurse within the last three (3) years. Skills: ▪ Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
