Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities基本工作职能及职责:
- Consistently accept good product and reject defective product. 在最终检验工位代表客户检查并接收合格品，拒收不合格品
- Follow the inspection instruction; provide accurate and complete description of defective and rejection report. 根据质量最终检验说明书的要求，提供准确完善的废品和拒收报告
- Make and keep accurate and complete record. 保持准确完整的记录
- Communicate with supervisor and production line for any product quality concern. 向生产线线长提供产品质量问题并协助解决
- Find quality problems and trace back to the production process寻找质量问题并追溯到生产过程中
- Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc. 审核并发现任何与作业指导书和员工技能的要求不一致的地方
- Handling customer complaint and maintain a completely record处理客户投诉并保持完整记录
- Receive and send customer complaint parts and operate in SAP system收发客户投诉并在SAP系统中进行处理
Educational Qualifications学历要求:
- College diploma; engineering related background is preferable. 大专学历，工程背景优先
Experience Qualifications经验资历:
- 3 years above experience in manufacturing environment;三年以上制造业经验，
- Practical experience in measuring and inspection; Familiar with gauges and tools;质检方面经验，熟悉测量仪表和工具的应用
- Workable verbal English, can write, read English Emails. 用英语简单对话，能读写英文邮件
- Internal auditor 9001&13485 certified preferred. 内部审计9001&13485证书优先
