Logistics Specialist (Events)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Logistics Specialist you will support our partners in supporting events that will be seen by huge numbers of people. This role will require a keen eye for inventory, organization, and shipping/receiving, with an emphasis on communicating with cross-functional team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Job requires the ability to be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constant walking and standing, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, stooping, etc., as needed. Work environment varies.
• Positive can do attitude in high stress, fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Mac OS, Google suite of products.
• Able to operate a forklift (We will provide cert).
• Experience and knowledge about using any vendor shipping software to initiate shipment is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Holds a valid California Driver's license with a clean (approval) record.
• Availability to support outside of normal business hours, including weekends, and as part of an on-call rotation.
• Be eligible, willing and able to work and travel globally when required
