Job Description

The purpose of this role is to maximize the efficiency and impact of digital advertising investments by managing programmatic media buying platforms, optimizing campaigns in real time, and applying data-driven insights to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key accountabilities

 

  • Own daily operations and master trading-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP and 3rd party ad servers

  • Assist in the development of processes, documents, reporting, checklists, etc. that ensure efficient procedures and improvement for both new and existing clients

  • Work closely with our partners (technology, media, and data) to oversee the launch and execution of campaigns

  • Continually review campaign performance, develop optimization strategies and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented

  • Act as a resource for, and collaborate with, the Media Agency account teams through the planning and buying process

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in SEM, Campaign Management/Optimization, or Digital Media Operations. Fresh graduates are also welcome

  • Knowledge of all or some of these DSPs (DV360, TheTradeDesk, Amazon Ads, etc) is a plus

  • Meticulous with strong numeracy and analytical skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data

  • Ability to diagnose campaign issues, create solutions, to communicate and recommend those solutions to others in an easy-to-understand format

  • Excellent time management with ability to manage multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines
