About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Reward Intern to join our HR team. In this dynamic, dual-focus role, you will support the Compensation & Benefits function while also driving cross-functional HR initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in annual compensation cycles, HR data analytics, system maintenance, and HR project management within a multinational corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reward (Compensation & Benefits) Support:
Campaign Execution: Assist the Reward team in rolling out annual HR campaigns, including the Performance Review, Salary Review, and Bonus cycles.
Data Analysis & Consolidation: Consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy for management review.
Reporting: Help generate compensation reports, perform internal equity checks, and assist with market benchmarking data.
Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for basic employee or manager inquiries regarding Reward guidelines and timelines.
2. Transversal HR Projects & Operations:
HR Communications: Draft, format, and dispatch formal HR communications (e.g., campaign launch emails, reminder notices) to managers and employees.
System & Tech Support: Assist in maintaining and updating data within our HRIS (e.g., myPULSE / Workday). Support the automation of HR workflows (e.g., mail merges, automated tracking).
Project Management Office (PMO): Support the tracking of HR project milestones, prepare presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and coordinate cross-departmental meetings.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current HR administrative processes and propose simple, effective digital solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Data Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation are essential). Note: Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script, Python, or VBA is a strong plus.
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Ability to draft professional, corporate-level emails in English.
Soft Skills: Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. Strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
