Responsibilities:

1. Organize and coordinate production cell operators to complete production tasks in accordance with the company’s production plan.
2. Supervise employees’ operational procedures to ensure compliance with operating standards and production quality.
3. Achieve quality targets and reduce quality-related costs.
4. Manage employee performance and conduct.
5. Plan and develop multi-skilled workers.
6. Ensure production safety, environmental protection, and fire safety; prevent and mitigate various risks in production.
7. Collect cell production data, prepare production analysis reports, and provide regular updates.
8. Resolve and address abnormalities during the production process.

 

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of experience in auto parts industry, more than 3 years of automotive floor mat related manufacturing management experience.
2. Have more than 3 years of production management experience, understand the production management process, quality system and management tools.
3. Good at communication, coordination and team management, able to bear certain pressure in work.
4. Proficient in production management, quality management, equipment management, warehousing management, process management and production cost control;
5. Have innovative thinking, dare to try new ways of working, and have strong execution and problem solving skills.
