About the role
We are looking for a skilled and solution-driven professional to manage and develop the M3 Sales and Supply Chain Management application landscape, ensuring alignment with business needs, IT standards, and security requirements.
In this role, you will act as a technical expert, bridging business requirements and IT implementation, and ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and future-ready. By working closely with stakeholders and partners, you will contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
In this position, you will be required followings:

Your role and responsibilities
As IT Specialist for M3 Sales and Supply Chain Management, you will:
Drive solution development and release management
Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
You design, configure, test, and deploy enhancements and fixes while ensuring a structured and controlled release process, including planning, validation, and communication of changes.
Ensure application lifecycle and technical governance
Assist with the technical lifecycle of the application, including hosting, integrations, performance, and upgrades.
You ensure that all solutions comply with IT security, data privacy regulations, and enterprise architecture standards, while continuously maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices.
Promote process optimization and innovation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience through automation, optimization, and emerging technologies such as AI.
You actively contribute to modernizing the application landscape and enabling smarter and more efficient ways of working.
Close collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for business stakeholders, key users, vendors, and AMS partners.
You support projects and initiatives throughout their lifecycle - from planning and design to deployment and post-go-live support - ensuring alignment and smooth cooperation.
Secure reliable operations and support
Support incident resolution and troubleshooting activities to ensure stable and high-quality service delivery.
You collaborate with AMS partners to ensure timely issue resolution, continuous service improvement, and adherence to agreed service levels.
Enable knowledge sharing and documentation
Train and support key users on new solutions and process changes, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
You maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and operational procedures, and communicate release impacts and best practices effectively.
Required Experience and Qualification:
We’re looking for a technically strong and business-oriented professional with:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-7 years of experience configuration experience with M3 Sales and Supply Chain Management (Operations included)
Experience in manufacturing domain and understanding of supply chain and sales processes
Understanding of application architecture, integrations, and release management practices
Understanding of IT service management practices (ITIL knowledge; certification preferred)
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy requirements
In addition, we appreciate:
Fluent spoken and written English language
Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to align implementation with project goals.
Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Familiarity with Western business practices and work culture
