PTC Inc. is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support our legal department with a variety of tasks related to corporate law, intellectual property, and general legal operations. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic global technology company.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal topics relevant to PTC's business, including intellectual property, data privacy, commercial contracts, and compliance.
* Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, policies, and internal memoranda.
* Support the legal team in managing intellectual property portfolios, including patent and trademark matters.
* Help prepare for litigation, including organizing documents, conducting factual research, and assisting with discovery requests.
* Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and other relevant documentation.
* Assist with corporate governance matters and compliance initiatives.
* Participate in legal team meetings and contribute to discussions.
* Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by attorneys and legal staff.
Job Qualifications:**
* Currently enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctor (JD) program.
* Strong academic record.
* Excellent legal research and writing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of professionalism and discretion.
* Familiarity with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) is a plus.
* Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is beneficial but not required.
