Team Leader in Accounts Payable Team

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 1,5 years

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Support team of 8-11 people with planning and problem solving in knowledge transfer process and daily work;

• Responsibility to drive process improvements, standardization and support business growth across different countries within area of responsibility;

• Monitor period closing processes, report any concerns, initiate, coordinate and execute resolution;

• Build and maintain good relations with the Customer (BUs) and other departments;

• Responsibility to contribute in achieving Company’s set goals;

• Manage HR-related issues affecting team members including setting goals, conducting appraisals of deliveries and behavior, succession, promotions as well as development;

• Ensure that team is providing service level. Team members meet their performance standards and individual behavior targets

• Lead recruitment process within team;

• Encourage and build trust, respect, and cooperation among team members;

• Couch and support team members how to build reliable partnership with customers, partners, and other departments;

• Maintain procedure descriptions and instructions;

• Supports and drives the delivery of various projects in line with business priorities;

• Other duties according to request from direct superior.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Higher education according to the position held;

• Experience in leadership roles of at least 1 year;

• Previous experience in accounting, preferably P2P processes is an advantage;

• General understanding of ERP systems (SAP, JDE would be considered as an advantage);

• Previous work experience in this or relevant industry is desirable;  

• Advanced/good computer skills (MS Office);

• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal

  to communicate with colleagues in Europe and USA;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, positive attitude and pro-activeness;

• Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality;

• Improvement driven and good team player.
