About VideoAmp

VideoAmp is the tech-first measurement company transforming how advertising is valued, bought, and sold. Powered by currency-grade big data and a best-in-class technology stack, our platform gives advertisers, agencies, and digital partners the ability to plan, optimize, and measure media investments across every screen — from linear TV and OTT to CTV and digital video.

VideoAmp is accelerating investment in agentic AI and intelligent optimization technologies — helping clients drive measurable, real-world outcomes in an increasingly complex media landscape. With 880% year-over-year measurement growth, 98% coverage of the TV ecosystem, and partnerships with 11 agency groups and 1,000+ advertisers, we're not just keeping pace with the industry — we're defining what comes next.

We believe great work requires great people — people who say "I'll find a way" instead of "it can't be done."

The Role

VideoAmp is seeking an Account Lead to drive adoption and usage across our digital platform partnerships. This role is ideal for a customer success-focused operator who can drive adoption and deliver measurable value for clients.

You will partner closely with Sales to support expansion efforts, while taking full ownership of client engagement, communication, and execution. Success in this role means clients are actively using VideoAmp, seeing value, and positioned to scale.

You will act as the day-to-day strategic lead across your accounts, ensuring partners are successful in their use of VideoAmp and building the foundation for long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for digital platform partners, translating VideoAmp's capabilities into clear, actionable value aligned to their workflows and KPIs.
  • Own adoption and usage across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients are actively leveraging VideoAmp's products and seeing measurable value.
  • Maintain forward momentum within accounts by identifying gaps in usage and proactively driving solutions to increase engagement.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support expansion efforts, ensuring clients are positioned to scale through strong adoption and clear value delivery.
  • Lead client communication, including updates, education, and performance narratives tied to client goals.
  • Translate client needs into clear internal actions, aligning Product, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver effectively.
  • Build relationships across complex stakeholder environments — including MarSci, sales, product, and executive teams — to ensure alignment and progress.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or platform partnerships, with a focus on account management, customer success, or client growth.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and client engagement within enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with or within digital platforms such as Snap Inc., Meta Platforms, Pinterest, or Yahoo.
  • Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and performance storytelling across digital environments.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ecosystems and ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs), with the ability to navigate technical conversations with clients.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for clients.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data teams.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build and present client-facing materials independently.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong work ethic and autonomous initiative; thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex client environments.
  • Customer success-oriented, with a focus on driving adoption and delivering value.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented — always looking for ways to move accounts forward.
  • Comfortable owning relationships while aligning internal teams to deliver.
  • Able to operate independently while staying closely connected to broader team goals.
