About the role
Apoiar as atividades de segurança do trabalho na unidade industrial, garantindo o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras (NRs), procedimentos internos e políticas de segurança. Contribuir para a prevenção de acidentes, promoção da segurança ocupacional e fortalecimento da cultura de segurança entre os colaboradores.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Apoiar nas rotinas de inspeções de segurança, auditorias internas e acompanhamento das ações corretivas;
Auxiliar na elaboração e controle de documentos legais e programas de segurança (PPRA, PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO, entre outros);
Monitorar o uso de EPIs e EPCs, realizando controles de entrega, treinamentos e orientações aos colaboradores;
Registrar e acompanhar indicadores de acidentes, incidentes e quase acidentes, contribuindo com planos de ação preventivos;
Participar de campanhas e treinamentos de segurança, brigadas de emergência e simulados de evacuação;
Apoiar na gestão de permissões de trabalho (PT) e liberação de atividades críticas (altura, espaço confinado, energia elétrica, etc.);
Controlar fichas de EPIs, checklists de segurança e relatórios de inspeções;
Contribuir para o atendimento a auditorias internas e externas, bem como fiscalizações de órgãos competentes;
Apoiar na implementação e manutenção das normas ISO 45001 e outras certificações relacionadas à área de SSMA (quando aplicável).
