About the position
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead the portfolio strategy and innovation agenda for Flora Professional, targeting chefs, cooks, baristas, and bakers. Out-of-Home (OOH) is a key growth driver, and you will play a central role in accelerating it.
Your mission is to unlock new growth by developing breakthrough product and service solutions, supported by compelling communication toolkits and customer-ready sales materials.
Your Mission Objective:
Own the European Innovation Strategy
Define and drive the regional innovation roadmap, aligned with market needs and evolving consumer, customer, and operator trends. Identify white space opportunities and build a robust 3-year pipeline across core, adjacent, and breakthrough spaces.
Drive Operator-Centric Innovation
Lead end-to-end innovation and renovation projects—from insight to launch—ensuring strong commercial impact. Collaborate closely with R&D, Commercial, Chefs, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver on time and in full, while aligning stakeholders around clear priorities.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution Excellence
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory to deliver seamless execution. Oversee key levers including positioning, pricing, packaging, claims, and activation.
Elevate Marketing Communications & Activation
Lead the development of impactful communications from briefing to execution. Partner with creative agencies, chefs, and digital teams to deliver insight-driven, high-performing campaigns across channels.
Measure, Learn & Scale
Track post-launch performance using key metrics such as sales and operator feedback. Continuously optimize, scale, or pivot initiatives to maximize impact and fuel long-term growth.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to translate business, consumer, and market insights into actionable growth opportunities that drive profitability and market share.
- Solid marketing and innovation expertise, with 8+ years of experience in brand building, innovation, and portfolio management—ideally within the food or FMCG & Food sector—and a strong grasp of integrated, multi‑channel marketing.
- Excellent project and portfolio management skills, including the ability to lead complex initiatives end‑to‑end, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Deep consumer and customer focus, combining a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and OOH operator needs with the ability to turn insights into impactful strategies and clear value propositions.
- Compelling communication, leadership, and digital mindset, with strong storytelling and presentation skills, a data‑driven approach to decision‑making, and a collaborative, hands‑on leadership style suited to fast‑paced, international settings.
