- Oversee all culinary and stewarding operations to maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards.
- Drive innovation and service excellence across all F&B outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning to build strong team capabilities.
- Manage daily F&B operations, including scheduling, capacity planning, and cost control.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.
- Be accountable for daily P&L and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Align F&B offerings with guest trends and business strategies to maximize market relevance.
- Design and implement operational tools, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and legal requirements across all operations.
- Optimize F&B systems, including inventory and billing platforms, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Foster positive relationships with brand partners, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Champion menu and beverage innovation in collaboration with culinary teams to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Represent the F&B division at industry events and maintain a strong professional network.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture, acting as a mentor and visible leader within the operation.
- Build strong relationships with guests to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required by senior leadership.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and well-developed problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated business acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- In-depth understanding of global F&B trends, guest expectations, and service excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to remain adaptable, make quick decisions, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- High proficiency in relevant IT systems and operational software.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Being minimum 2nd time in the position
- Knowledge of French cuisine is preferred
- Experience of opening/ pre opening a restaurant is preferred
