Team Lead Productie – Opstart Productielijn

Functieomschrijving

Voor de opstart van een volledig nieuwe productielijn zoeken wij een hands-on en technisch sterke Team Lead. In de eerste jaren ligt de focus volledig op de technische opbouw: je stuurt nog geen team aan, maar bent verantwoordelijk voor installatie, testen en optimalisatie van de machines.

De machines worden vanaf deze zomer geleverd, waardoor we idealiter op zoek zijn naar iemand die beschikbaar is vanaf juli. In deze periode werk je nauw samen met leveranciers en bouw je diepgaande kennis op van de installaties.

Je krijgt veel autonomie en vrijheid om binnen een duidelijk kader actief mee te bouwen aan deze nieuwe business unit.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Installatie en opstart van nieuwe productiemachines

• Intensieve samenwerking met leveranciers en technische partners

• Testen, afstellen en optimaliseren van productielijnen

• Opzetten van werkinstructies en standaardprocessen

• Identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen

• Voorbereiden van toekomstige teamstructuur

Wat breng je mee

• Ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring als operator of technisch specialist

• Sterk technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen

• Zeer hands-on ingesteld

• Sterk zelfstandig en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

• Ervaring met continuous improvement, Lean of 5S is een plus

• Builder-profiel: iemand die energie krijgt van het opstarten van nieuwe activiteiten en het opzetten van processen vanaf nul

• Beschikbaar vanaf idealiter juli

• Nederlands en/of Engels

Opleiding & achtergrond

• Technische opleiding (mechatronica, elektromechanica, procestechniek) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Ervaring met continuous improvement, Lean of 5S is een plus

• Sterke hands-on ervaring met industriële machines en processen

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong Team Lead to support the start-up of a brand-new production line. In the first years, the role is fully focused on technical setup rather than team management.

Machines will be delivered from this summer onwards, so we ideally look for someone available from July. During this phase, you will closely collaborate with machine suppliers and build in-depth technical knowledge.

You will have significant autonomy and freedom to help build this new business unit within a clear framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and start-up of new machinery

• Close collaboration with suppliers and technical partners

• Testing, calibration and optimization of production lines

• Set up processes and work instructions

• Identify and implement improvements

• Prepare for future team build-up

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience as operator or technical specialist

• Strong technical problem-solving skills

• Hands-on mindset

• Ability to work independently with ownership

• Availability ideally from July

• Dutch and/or English

Education & background

• Technical degree (mechatronics, electromechanics, process technology) or equivalent through experience

• Strong hands-on experience with industrial machines and production processes

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or 5S is a plus
