Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent SAP Business Analyst to support Finished Goods (FG) and Material Warehouse (WH) global operations. The role focuses on enabling business continuity, driving system enhancements and migration in S4, and delivering scalable solutions across worldwide FG distribution networks.
The successful candidate will be part of a global team supporting OEM and Retail FG operations through SAP, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, process improvement, and project execution.
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, requiring strong problem-solving capability, good initiatives, responsiveness to operational issues, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Support & Issue Resolution
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP issues reported by global FG/WH users within agreed response timelines
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with IT for resolution of complex issues
- Provide on-call support, including occasional weekend standby for critical operations
2. SAP Enhancements & Process Improvement
- Act as liaison between FG business teams and IT for system enhancements
- Gather user requirements, support feasibility studies, and recommend optimal solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance FG logistics operations
3. Project Execution
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., S/4HANA, warehouse, logistics initiatives)
- Support requirements gathering, design validation, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure alignment with global process standards
- Implement AI into the SAP workflow,
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform system integration testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of test results
- Support defect resolution and validation
5. Configuration & System Ownership
- Own and maintain SAP configuration and related to FG and WH operations
- Provide governance for SAP tables supporting FG distribution processes
- Sign off and approve Charms.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver reporting solutions and analytics to improve operational visibility
- Analyze data to identify automation and optimization opportunities
7. User Training & Support
- Provide end-user training and guidance to ensure effective SAP usage
- Act as subject matter expert for FG SAP processes
8. Documentation
- Document system logic, processes, and transaction usage
- Support design documentation and process standardization
9. AI Responsibilities:
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Process, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
- Experience in SAP/S4 will be highly preferred
- Experience in managing projects is a plus
- Willingness to support off-hours or weekend activities when required for operations or project rollouts
- Comfortable supporting global users across multiple time zones
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-demand operational environment
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes
