Como Practicante de Sistemas IT, brindarás soporte para mantener en óptimas condiciones los sistemas de información y equipos tecnológicos de la planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área. Tu labor será clave para garantizar que los usuarios cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para desempeñar sus funciones de manera eficiente y segura.

A quién buscamos

Escolaridad: Ingeniería en sistemas computacionales o afín.

Conocimientos técnicos: Sistemas ERP, TRESS, RED, Bases de datos y Backups, Gestión de SI y redes (voz, datos, video), Lenguajes de Programación, NOM SOX aplicada a IT, IATF 16949 y MPS.

Competencias clave:

Análisis de problemas, liderazgo y organización, comunicación efectiva e Inglés deseable., trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones.

Sus responsabilidades

Soporte en la implementación de programas y proyectos del departamento
Soporte en la gestión de sistemas informáticos y configuración de equipos
Soporte técnico a usuarios en software y hardware
Cumplir con los requerimientos de calidad y seguridad
Aplicación de medidas de seguridad y normativas ambientales
Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas y equipos (Piso y SITE)
Soporte en redes de datos, voz y video
