This is not a “sit back and strategize” position—you’ll be in the trenches, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for the HYDROS™ Robotic System, from ideation to launch and beyond.

In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get things done—driving execution, making decisions, and pushing products forward with urgency. You’ll lead the development of cutting-edge capabilities, including AI-driven features, hardware connectivity, and customer-facing experiences like surgeon dashboards, as well as internal and sales tools that bring clinical data and business insights to life.
