If you’re a student interested in gaining experience at one of the fastest growing and most disruptive consumer goods and toy companies in the world, applications across ZURU Group, ZURU Toys and ZURU Edge are all open now!

We will be rolling recruitment, meaning we will be reviewing and progressing applications as candidates apply so we encourage you to apply early!

The Internship Experience

At ZURU, we offer an internship experience unlike any other. We’ve built a high-performing culture driven by ambitious goals, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence. Our teams challenge each other to think bigger, move faster, and improve every day.

From day one, you’ll be treated like a permanent member of the team (and we hope some of you someday will be!). That means real responsibility, meaningful projects, and hands-on exposure to the strategies and skills behind some of the world’s biggest Toy and FMCG brands, working alongside industry leaders who are shaping them.

You will also:

- Be set up to win with a two-day induction to get you up to speed on everything ZURU

- Learn how our people continue to shift the needle through regular learning sessions with key business leaders

- Experience ZURU’s playful side by dabbling in content creation (#dayinthelife) and attending social events

- And so much more!

Our summer internship programme will run from mid November 2026 - mid February 2027.

We don’t ask to see your grades, and we welcome students from a wide range of backgrounds and degrees. What matters to us is mindset. We’re looking for people who naturally go above and beyond, show grit and dedication, and most importantly bring positivity and humility to everything they do.
