Role Summary and Impact
- Lead talent selection for key campaigns (Trophy Tour, Panini Album, Fan Fest, During Matches).
- Oversee content production and approval workflow (ensuring compliance with brand and FIFA guidelines).
- Administrative management: PO tracking, budget control, and supplier/talent payment management.
- Direct communication with the client (Coca-Cola) to present status and results.
- Crisis resolution and handling of logistical contingencies with talent.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in advertising or communications agencies managing mass consumer accounts (FMCG). Experience in sports marketing or large-scale events (FIFA/Olympics) is desirable.
- Tools: Influencer Marketing Platforms (CreatorIQ, Heepsy, Tagger, or similar).
- Social Listening Tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
- Project Managers (Monday.com, Asana).
