New Product Implementation - Packaging Technologist (f/m/x)
Mars Snacking Segment, R&D Department
Location: Poznań
We are looking for a New Product Implementation - Packaging Technologist to join our team and lead the implementation of new product and packaging projects at site level. This role plays a critical part in bringing innovation to life while ensuring the highest quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of product and packaging projects on site in line with PLM (Design for Vertical Start-up) principles
Manage and deliver technical R&D change projects as Project Lead
Apply Six Sigma tools and methodologies to support project execution and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Engineering, Commercial and R&D teams to implement innovations on production lines
Ensure product and packaging quality, consistency, and compliance with key quality attributes (KQAs)
Coordinate trials, commissioning, validation and start-up of new products and materials
Support the introduction of new suppliers and materials, including translation into factory processes
Represent Factory Innovation in key stakeholder meetings and ensure timely, in-full project delivery
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a relevant industry (or 5+ years in manufacturing/quality)
Experience in food packaging and product development and/or implementation
Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving change
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
