Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise recruitment and selection, hiring, onboarding, employee movements, and terminations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and established timelines.

2. Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and

initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.

3. Ensure compliance with NOM‑035 and payroll

4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Qualifications:

Education: Bacherlo in Business Admiistration, Industrial Relations

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR

Knowledge: nom035, payroll, mexican labor law,

Competencies: Good communication , high level of organization, confidentiality

Language; English
