Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- The engineering design of low-voltage switch cabinets for simple independent projects, including engineering drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and other project documents.
- List the project deviations and customer changes, and pass them on to the project management engineer.
- Design the project according to the project plan and cost, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Identify and report the risks in the project design.
- Participate in project technical meetings with clients, introduce products and clarify project designs.
- Collaborate with the supply chain management department to assess whether the technical parameters of the product meet the technical requirements of the project. If necessary, assist in preparing the technical requirements for the product, such as channel steel, bus bridge, etc.
- Assist in the quotation/sales/after-sales process, communicating with customers regarding specific project technical issues.
- Utilize standard procedures and tools for project design. Be able to identify inefficient processes and tools, and propose changes.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor's degree, major in electrical engineering, with 1 to 3 years of work experience.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Resilience to pressure, the ability to handle stress from various functions and projects
- Excellent problem analysis and decision-making skills
- Excellent English proficiency
