Your Role & Responsibilities
Load and/or unload bulk, drummed, toted, or bagged material from company trucks, common carriers, and tankers.
Perform all duties in a safe manner and follow all rules and regulations.
Properly care for and use all equipment such as forklifts, drum handling equipment, pumps, hoses, etc.
Secure dual sign off before transferring any product from one vessel to another.
Properly use materials such as labels, placards, stenciling and paint.
Perform packaging and blending of hazardous/nonhazardous chemicals into proper container (i.e. - tote, drum, bulk).
Assure stock and the warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean, ad orderly condition.
Follow all operating procedures, work instructions and quality systems in place.
Report all non-conformances as they occur using proper forms.
Attend and actively participate in all safety and quality meetings as required.
Complete all training as required in the Regulatory/Compliance Training Program.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in a similar role within an industrial/chemical environment.
Must have the ability to repeatedly bend; lift, push, pull and or move up to 100 pounds; proper lifting techniques required.
Ability to wear proper protective equipment such as safety goggles/glasses, Tyvek suits, steel toed boot, etc.
Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions in the English language.
Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties.
Employment is contingent upon completion of background investigation, pre-employment fit for duty, E-Verify check, and pre-employment drug screening.
