I. Job Summary:
Position Overview: The Senior Analyst, Brand Advocate partners with cross-functional teams to optimize brand-focused online customer experiences on Lowes.com through advanced performance analytics and disciplined execution. This role drives improvements in online sales, traffic, and conversion by independently analyzing brand-level data and identifying opportunities across assortment, content, promotions, inventory, and returns.
The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned brand(s), leveraging customer behavior insights, shopping funnel diagnostics, and competitive analysis to develop actionable growth recommendations. This role supports strategic initiatives by translating complex data into clear business narratives for supplier and merchandising partners, while ensuring strong execution of brand priorities.
II. Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
· Brand Performance & Analytics
• Analyze brand-level KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, content engagement, inventory performance, and returns to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Independently extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and web analytics tools to conduct funnel analysis and structured root cause diagnostics.
• Leverage inputs from CSAT, reviews, Q&A, and competitive insights to improve the customer experience for assigned brand(s).
• Identify assortment, pricing, promotional, and content optimization opportunities using quantitative analysis.
• Utilize knowledge of shopping funnel metrics and site technologies to optimize search and browse performance. · Strategic Brand Partnership
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned brand(s), serving as key point of contact for online SKU presentation and brand performance insights.
• Build and lead presentations with internal and external stakeholders that translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Support execution of strategic initiatives by aligning data-backed insights with merchant and supplier priorities. · Operational Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership • Ensure new and promotional items are optimized using performance diagnostics and data validation.
• Create and support project plans for assortment updates, content enhancements, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze competitive data and sales trends to provide SKU and pricing optimization recommendations.
• Partner with content management teams to prioritize premium content execution based on performance insights.
III. Required Skill Set
Technical Skills (Advanced Application)
· Advanced Excel proficiency
· Hands-on knowledge of SQL for data extraction and diagnostics
· Experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable web analytics platforms · Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
· Strong KPI development, funnel analysis, and root cause analysis capability Functional Skills
· E-commerce and digital merchandising expertise

· SEO and online content optimization knowledge

Years of Experience
· 4+ years in Online/Retail Merchandising, Vendor Management, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field Preferred
· Experience with major consumer brands in digital retail environments
· Certifications in analytics tools or digital marketing platforms (optional)
