ブティックアドミニストレーションコーディネーター(BAC)は、CHANELブティック(店舗)を日々円滑に運営するため、販売活動以外の業務全般を担うキーパーソンです。

■店舗(ブティック)運営のためのサポート業務全般

  • KPIに関わるデータの抽出、整理、レポート作成

  • アドミニストレーション業務 (ベンダーの請求書管理、スタッフの入退社に関わる手続き・手配、勤怠管理システム操作、用度品/貸与品管理、社内メール/電話対応 など) 

  • 資産の管理(IT機器・備品・什器品) 

  • 百貨店/社内の関係部門との調整業務 

  • 個人情報の管理(顧客、社員)
