We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) based in Ukraine to join our Global Business Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across Europe for corporate/business roles. You will join an international team of 5, distributed across Germany, Bulgaria, and India, working closely together in an agile, collaborative way.

About the Role
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing and assessment strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, sharing market insights and recruitment best practices
- Proactively source and engage relevant talent pools using diverse channels and approaches
- Conduct interviews autonomously, ensuring a consistent, structured, and high‑quality selection process
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication
- Use recruitment KPIs and reports within ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse) to drive data‑informed hiring decisions
- Drive a strong match between candidates and Flix culture while representing the Flix employer brand
About You
- 3+ years of full‑cycle in-house recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, international environment
- Hands-on experience hiring business and corporate roles across different seniority levels and functions (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, Commercial)
- Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships
- Agile and resilient, comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Confident using data and recruitment metrics to drive informed hiring decisions
