Junior Graphic Designer
You care about how things look, how they feel, and how they come together.
You notice type, spacing, and composition. You understand when something feels right and when it doesn’t. You’re starting to develop your own point of view and build taste, not just follow direction.
You understand that design is not decoration. It is how ideas take form and how people engage with them.
We develop integrated campaigns for clients and causes that make the world a better place—from energy efficiency to public engagement. The work is complex. The expectations are high.
