This role is offered as a hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Czech Republic or who have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.
What you'll do at Jamf:
At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. As a Software Engineer I, you'll help build the tools that enable organizations to succeed with Apple. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on frontend development – you'll shape the user-facing experience while also contributing across the stack. You'll work closely with an agile team, learning and applying sound design patterns and engineering practices to develop Jamf products - collaborating with experienced engineers, Product Management, and leadership to understand priorities and solve real problems.
The team, you would be a part of, builds security services that protect millions of devices against network and mobile threats in real time. We work across threat detection, content classification and filtering, policy management, and mobile app risk analysis - all customer-configurable through our portal. We operate at enterprise scale, where reliability and decision accuracy directly impact customer security.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Own your work end-to-end - take tasks from idea to done, with quality you're proud of. Expect most of your day-to-day to live on the frontend.

What we are looking for:
Must-have:
- ~1+ year experience with software development (can include internships).
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript and React ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of software engineering principles (testing, code quality, CI/CD).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest/Vitest and Cypress/Playwright)
Nice-to-have/Growth potential:
- Interest in full stack development (not only frontend).
- Be familiar with Java ecosystem/Spring-Boot/Kubernetes.
- Openness to working on backend tasks in the future.
- Curiosity about using AI tools for coding and automation.
- Desire to experiment, innovate, and improve workflows using AI.
