We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a Hybrid capacity, reporting to the Director, Product Management within the Product Management department. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Zscaler DSPM product line at the forefront of the world’s cloud security leader. By joining our team of innovation champions, you will deliver a growing portfolio of capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, and business enablement while shaping the future product roadmap.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Lead the vision and lifecycle for specific modules within the Zscaler DSPM suite, ensuring the roadmap is agile and aligned with Zscaler’s high-level business priorities and market trends
Translate complex market needs into detailed technical requirements, providing clear needs to Engg teams to build high-performance features meeting acceptance criteria
Partner with other teams to navigate the development lifecycle, removing roadblocks and adjusting requirements for timely delivery
Act as the subject matter expert by analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and neutralizing threats through informed, data-driven product pivots
Drive product adoption by collaborating with Marketing and Sales on GTM plans and engaging with customers for roadmap presentations, feedback loops, and high-level escalations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Bridge the gap between technical and business audiences, communicating complex concepts to internal teams, executives, and customers
3–5 years of dedicated experience in Enterprise Product Management, specifically within the Cybersecurity or Information Security domains
Proven experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data classification products with understanding of legacy tools and modern AI-based classification methods
Deep knowledge of Cloud Security products (commercial and CSP-native) and unique security challenges inherent to cloud environments
Hands-on experience and technical working knowledge of at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of Cloud Posture Security Management (CSPM), auto-remediation, activity analytics, cloud-native API’s, security frameworks and compliance standards
Technical degree or a background in hands-on engineering, providing the architectural depth needed to lead complex product modules
Prior success in roles such as Escalation Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Deployment Services
