About the role
Job Description
Responsible for selling Agilent products to end-user customers.
- Own sales responsibility for multiple territories at both account and prefectural levels, including new customer acquisition, retention and development of existing customers, and win-back activities from competitors.
- Identify pharmaceutical companies as the primary target segment and execute proactive sales expansion initiatives.
- Manage and sell cell analysis–related products, including flow cytometry systems, plate readers, washers, and related cell analysis solutions.
- Take responsibility for business growth by driving product sales and contributing to the overall portfolio growth of DGG-CASA (Cell Analysis, Genomics, and Pathology) through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Spend more than 50% of working time engaging directly with customers, including on-site visits and customer-facing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Specialists and Field Application Scientists to create opportunities for scientific consultation and technical support tailored to customer needs.
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), create product adoption opportunities, and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Support marketing activities such as scientific conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
Generally, requires minimal to no prior relevant work experience.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
