Purpose: As the FEP Lead, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and financial expertise. Your mission is to partner with the business to drive strategic commercial decisions incorporating an end-to-end view while simplifying how we operate daily and ensuring that every decision supports the sustainable growth of the company.
In this role, you will lead a team of 5 professionals and report directly to the Finance Manager as their strategic sparring partner while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

The Opportunity:

• Coach and mentor a team of 5 Finance Enterprise Partners to accelerate their development and drive high performance.  

• Drive operational change by challenging old habits, simplifying and continuously improving team processes, and maintaining lean, fit‑for‑purpose governance and risk-compliant financial practices.  

• Support commercial growth by partnering with the commercial organization on product launches, customer pricing, and evaluation of commercial opportunities to ensure sustainable business outcomes.  

• Drive P&L and performance improvements by proposing and scaling initiatives (upselling, efficiency and waste reduction, risk mitigation) and leading sales planning and reporting in close collaboration with the Performance Finance Enterprise Partner Lead, including monitoring results and advising on corrective actions to meet financial objectives.

Who you are:

• University degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in finance business partnering and proven ability to collaborate beyond the finance function; prior mentoring or guiding of small teams is highly valued (formal leadership not required).

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Coaching & empowering leadership style: develops people, elevates performance, and drives a unified, consistent way of working; challenges the status quo with a continuous improvement and process optimization mindset (simplifying, standardizing, automating with an enterprise view).

• Strategic business partner who connects financial insights with business realities to confidently challenge decisions and advise stakeholders as a trusted partner; shortlisted candidates will be invited to a video assessment.
