In the Content Creator position you’ll be responsible for developing the social content across a variety of platforms.

This role provides a huge opportunity to redefine the category and create content that truly has impact. As a social-first creative you’ll need to craft ideas that demonstrate cultural relevance and will be responsible for the daily management of the local community and moderation of our brand's social channels, ensuring that our content resonates with local audiences and meets their needs. This role is fully remote but we are looking for people in the Santiago area (Chile) to join our growing team.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies in collaboration with strategy and creative teams.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of social media content across channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
  • Spot social opportunities within wider creative ideas. Mainly focusing on Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Develop a monthly social editorial calendar and align with the wider content team.
  • Create content in-the-moment in response to social trends.
  • Ensure legal compliance of content (e.g. copyright and data protection).
  • Develop innovative creative in response to client briefs, alongside identifying proactive opportunities to develop social content that will fulfill the brand objectives.
  • Present ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking.
  • Amend and redevelop content in response to feedback.
  • Understand performance metrics, and use them to inform future creative development.
  • Be responsible for the full creative funnel, from ideation to creation of social content.
  • Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new ideas and proposals for campaigns. 

Experience you already have:

  • A social native, active across a multitude of platforms.
  • Demonstrate passion for socially-led creative thinking.
  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a social-first creative for an agency / brand.
  • Experience of developing exciting social executions for brands.
  • A keen eye on emerging social trends across platforms
  • Experience of crafting reactive content in response to social trends.
  • Experience working on brave, innovative brands, looking to push cultural boundaries.
  • The individual must be at ease recording content and appearing on-camera, with the capability to manage the end-to-end production process, including copywriting and creative development.
  • A keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and adapting content plans to address the needs of the community.
  • Video editing is a 'must. We are looking for an independent creator capable of managing projects from concept to completion, including basic editing of their own content.
  • A great team player.
  • The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the User-Generated Content (UGC) landscape.
