As a Marketing Campaign Specialist - Governance Business reporting to the Senior Manager   Marketing, you'll play a critical role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth for Nasdaq's Governance Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, audience engagement, and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including product, sales, content, digital, and events — to deliver targeted, data-driven marketing programs aligned with business priorities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Leverage marketing automation and analytics platforms to support campaign delivery, tracking, and reporting across the full funnel.
  • Manage activation budgets and collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality program execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a comparable industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results across demand generation and digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and digital performance marketing.
  • Background in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated industry environment.
  • Demonstrated success working across global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
