Job Description:
- Design and implement the PMO framework for the assigned workstream, incl. key milestones and tracking, governance protocols, risk/issue management, progress reporting mechanisms.
- Define key deliverables and timeline, map out key supply chain processes/flows (incl. extended team as regulatory/quality/EHS/, etc.) supporting systems and capabilities, and actionable plans for cross-function teams
- Identify and secure required resources and funding; and serve as primary point of contact for related discussions across different functions
- Facilitate discussions among key stakeholders, track and ensure progress, compile granular reports and provide regular updates to senior management, stakeholders and workstream team.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and stakeholder requirements.
- Own risk & issue management for the workstream, proactively identify bottlenecks, facilitate issue resolution and decision-making processes and escalate critical risks as necessary.
- Document workstream related processes, decisions, SOPs to ensure future long-term continuity.
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain management, project management or related field is required.
Required Years of Related Experience:
3+ years of PMO or project management experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)
- The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across a matrix organization and drive accountability without direct authority is required.
- The ability to prioritize and to successfully lead multiple projects/priorities as the directly responsible individual (DRI) in a fast-paced, environment is required.
- Proficiency in PM tools
- Exceptional interpersonal, professionalism and presentation skills are required.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
