Partner with the best

You will lead a team of diverse Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) to drive Supplier Quality for EICE commodity. You will be responsible for direct leadership, development, and career coaching of a team of SQEs.

As Sr Supplier Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving positive organization culture with strong front-line leadership and connectivity across the regions
• Supplier’s qualification working closely with procurement commodity and engineering
• Conducting supplier capability and process assessment, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, audits, performance monitoring and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence
• Guarantying collaboration between functions and locations to ensure compliance to engineering and customer specifications
• Develop new product code structure for Electrification extended scope (MV and HV) including process quality requirements
• Execute assessment for Electrification extended scope Suppliers based on commodity scouting activity
• Create a strong synergy and promote collaboration with intracompany Suppliers
• Participating in supplier business reviews in alignment with cross-functional team members
• Ensuring development, training, and implementation of supplier quality tools/processes for all quality engineering team members, internal stakeholders, and suppliers
• Acting as coach and mentor to develop team members hard and soft skills.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an Engineering degree (5Y)
• Have significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality
• Have proven knowledge on Electrical Systems
• Have proven leadership capabilities
• Have proven experience in acting and driving corrective actions with large global suppliers
• English fluent
• Be able to travel (up to 40%) domestic and internationally

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 72,000 To 99,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
