About the role

What you will do –

  • Implement, document, and maintain IPE (Information Produced by the Entity) procedures for inventory reports and system outputs supporting Service plants and SOX/internal control compliance.
  • Support internal/external audits by preparing timely evidence packages and maintaining control documentation.
  • Lead the Service CC IPE program, including scheduling, validation of results, variance investigation, reconciliation, and inventory adjustment processing to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Perform Service system revision checks to ensure master data, configurations, and inventory records are synchronized with engineering changes and service requirements.
  • Validate key inventory reports (stock status, aging, valuation, cycle count summaries, and reconciliations) for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy for Neptune buybacks (Pl04 – Kenco) and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Monitor buyback recovery and receipts; investigate gaps and implement improvement measures to reduce loss, theft, and damage.
  • Partner closely with Warehouse, Service, Quality, Finance, IT, and Regulatory teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate controls, reporting, and inventory processes for greater efficiency and compliance.

Required –

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 + years of relevant experience
  • SAP or equivalent ERP experience

Preferred –

  • Knowledge and/or experience with IPE
  • Business finance experience
