Are you a results-oriented analytics leader with a strong ability to partner with business teams and translate complex operational problems into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions?
Join our Analytics & Information Management (AIM) organization as a Vice President – Wealth Operations Analytics, and play a key role in enabling operational excellence across Wealth Management.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business, analytics, and next-generation AI technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks. You will partner closely with Wealth Operations stakeholders to understand business priorities, design analytical and AI-driven solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
A critical success factor in this role is the ability to deeply understand business problems and translate them into structured analytics and AI solutions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Problem Translation
- Build strong partnerships with Wealth Operations, Risk, Product, and Technology stakeholders
- Develop deep understanding of Wealth Operations processes and priorities
- Translate business needs into structured analytics problems and AI solution frameworks
- Act as a bridge between business and analytics/AI teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact
- Proactively identify opportunities where analytics and AI can solve business challenges
Analytics & AI Solution Delivery
- Lead delivery of advanced analytics and AI initiatives across Wealth Operations
- Design and implement Generative AI use cases (e.g., document intelligence, knowledge copilots, workflow assistants)
- Build or drive development of Agentic AI solutions for workflow automation and decisioning
- Own end-to-end lifecycle: problem framing, solution design, execution, and deployment
- Measure and communicate business impact (efficiency, cost savings, risk reduction, client experience)
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Drive execution and adoption of scalable analytics and AI solutions aligned to business priorities
- Apply LLM-based approaches including prompt engineering and retrieval-based frameworks
- Collaborate with Technology teams to productionize AI solutions
- Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices and governance standards
Execution Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver analytically rigorous and business-relevant solutions with clear linkage to measurable outcomes
- Balance multiple priorities across stakeholders and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery
- Drive standardization and reusability across analytics and AI solutions
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Independently manage communication with global stakeholders
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and effectively
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing adoption of analytics and AI-driven decision-making
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a team of analytics and AI professionals (typically 15–30 members)
- Coach and mentor team members on analytics techniques, AI tools, and business context
- Build capability in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern analytics practices
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning
- Build next-level leadership within the team (AVP/Lead pipeline)
- Drive high standards on delivery quality, stakeholder engagement, and business impact
Qualifications
Experience
- 10–14 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or AI
- 3–6 years of people management experience
- Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Operations analytics preferred
- Mandatory: Proven experience delivering production-grade Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions, including problem framing, model/application design, and measurable business impact realization
- Experience working with enterprise constraints such as data privacy, latency, and model governance in AI deployments
Industry & Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of operations analytics and process optimization
- Exposure to Wealth Management domains such as client lifecycle, KYC, servicing, or trade lifecycle preferred
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Strong problem structuring and hypothesis-driven analysis
- Experience in statistical techniques, segmentation, and predictive analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R/SAS)
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
AI & Data Skills (Critical)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval-based frameworks)
- Agentic AI (multi-step workflows, orchestration frameworks)
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, APIs, and deployment architectures
- Experience driving AI-led automation and transformation initiatives
Leadership & Professional Skills
- Exceptional ability to understand business problems and translate them into analytics and AI solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Proven ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization
- High ownership mindset with strong execution focus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
- Master’s degree (MBA/MS) preferred
