スペシャリティ領域 MR 東京R(東京エリア担当)

専門領域営業が取り扱う製品の専任MRとして、医師・薬剤師等の医療関係者に本製品の情報提供を行い、適正使用並びに薬物療法の向上に貢献する。 

主な業務内容 

専門領域営業が取り扱う製品はバイオ医薬品で複数の適応症を有しており、その適応症に応じて専任的にMR活動を行います。本製品は「気管支喘息（既存治療によっても喘息症状をコントロールできない重症又は難治の患者に限る）」「鼻茸を伴う慢性副鼻腔炎（既存治療で効果不十分な患者に限る）」の適応症を予定しており、現在は医薬品の営業活動をおこなっています。

MRはバイオ市場の80％であるEA1施設のバイオ高処方医の医療施設を中心にターゲットとし、本製品の情報提供を実施します。その上で適した患者さんに医師の治療を通して本製品を届け、患者さんの治療に貢献します。 

必要な条件Basic Qualification 

スキル Skills 

・医師とディスカッションのできるコミュニケーション力、ネゴシエーション力をもつMR 

また疾患知識が必要な領域であるため、向学心のあるMR 

・新薬のため選択出来なかった患者さんに新たな治療を届ける一歩という点でワクワク感を持って仕事 が出来るMR。 

・困難な状況でも前向きに工夫してチャレンジできるMRが望ましい。

経験 Experience 
・医薬情報担当者（MR）資格を保有していること。
・製薬会社でのフィールドMRとしての実務経験が3年以上あること。
・病院でのMR活動経験
・普通自動車第一種免許を保有し、担当エリアでの移動や出張が可能であること。
・ 患者中心の視点を持ち、継続的に学ぶ意欲があること。

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

・基幹病院ならびに大学病院での活動経験

・バイオ医薬品の取り扱い経験

・呼吸器内科、アレルギー科、呼吸器領域などでKOLマネジメントの経験
