该团队正招聘AI 创作者，作为 AI 内容生成的核心执行者，你将利用前沿 AI 工具与技术，创造插画、动画、视频等多种形式的内容输出。我们希望你具备强烈的 创意思考能力与技术探索精神，能够将 AI 的可能性融入视觉叙事与创意表现中。
岗位职责
- 主导并执行 AI 生成内容的创作，包括但不限于插画、动画、视频及多模态创意项目
- 探索并实践 基于 AI 的创新叙事方式，将前沿 AI 技术融入创意表达
- 从概念构思到最终交付，完整执行 AI 广告内容与沉浸式媒体体验
- 在所有项目中保持高水准的创意质量与视觉一致性
- 持续关注 AI 创作领域的最新发展，主动测试并引入新工具、新模型与新技术到制作流程中
- 解决 AI 创作过程中的技术问题，优化生成流程，提高效率与稳定性
任职要求
- 具备 AI 内容生成相关经验，对 AI 在视觉创意、视频或动画制作中的应用有实际操作能力
- 熟悉主流 AI 创作工具或平台（图像 / 视频 / 动画 / 多模态方向均可）
- 具备良好的审美能力、创意表达能力与执行力
- 对新技术保持高度好奇心，乐于快速学习与实验
- 有广告、品牌内容、数字艺术、影视或创意工作室经验者优先
