Group Summary:

• xpertise in Roller Hemming:
  • Deep understanding of roller hemming techniques specific to automotive exterior panels.
  • Knowledge of high-precision tooling and fixtures for Class A surface panels.
• Dimensional Inspection Skills:
  • Proficiency with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), laser scanners, and other precision measurement tools.
  • Strong grasp of dimensional tolerances and surface quality standards.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to analyze process data, identify root causes of dimensional issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with metal forming, surface finishing, and aesthetic quality requirements.
• Educational Background:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in automotive body-in-white or exterior panel assembly is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Precision-oriented with a focus on surface quality
• Strong mechanical aptitude and process troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards (e.g., OEM specifications, IATF standards)
