What this job involves - We are currently seeking a Associate Project Manager to join our team at JLL. As the Associate Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the project lifecycle, focusing on project initiation, funding and A/R. You will work closely with the Project Managers to support on time and on budget project execution.
What does your day look like?
- The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks for multiple project types. The Associate Project Manager should be organized, flexible and able to multitask.
- Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to help drive results through the project life-cycle
- File structure organization; set up folders on shared drive and support the upload of project documents into folders
- Assemble PDF documents such as project related contracts
- Set up budgets in Project Management System’s
- Support funding lifecycle of projects by submitting funding requests (initial, uplifts or decreases) for projects leveraging the client tools
- Assist with the creation of purchase orders.
- Support invoice retrieval, review, approval and the collection of lien waivers
- Maintain various trackers to support project funding and KPI’s
- Support the PM on project close outs
- Ensure all audit required documentation is in Workspace and Shared Drive
- Work with multiple Construction PMs for any ad hoc requests
- Work with Multiple business lines for any ad hoc requests
- Help to promote a collaborative work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in logging and tracking of project financials a plus
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
- An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:
79,000.00 – 104,040.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
